Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 2-day return policy strictly for products received in a damaged or defective condition. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and unopened
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of damage (photos or videos) must be provided at the time of request
Products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and supporting images or videos. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
Once the return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.
Refunds
